F. McNamara Jardine

F. McNamara Jardine began the firm in 1996.  Initially a solo practitioner, Ms. Jardine has worked tirelessly to protect her client’s rights and assert their positions in complex litigation. As more cases were dismissed, government mismanagement exposed, and the wrongly accused acquitted, Ms. Jardine earned her reputation as a compassionate and committed practitioner.

F. McNamara Jardine is recognized as an exceptional trial lawyer.  She combines experiences as a former public defender and deputy prosecuting attorney to provide a full array of knowledge and technique to both negotiations and trial practice. Ms. Jardine selected the location of her office carefully, ensuring close contact with the community she serves.

The team at Jardine Law shares her commitment to client and community, ensuring that all clients experience a sense of team commitment in an atmosphere of compassion.  Many hours are spent providing reduced fee and pro bono legal services to those in need.

Ms. Jardine graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1991.  She’s made the South Puget Sound her home for more than twenty-five years, and completed her undergraduate studies with the Geoducks at The Evergreen State College.  She was born and raised in New York by her parents both blue collar hard working folk. Her father was a New York City cab driver and her mother drove a school bus.  She fully understands the value of hard work and she has a unique understanding of economics which translates into her practical approach to law.
